Which plan is right for us?
It follows the size of the team. On your own, Free: 20 credits a month, unlimited workspaces, and after that you pay only for the credits you use. With a team, €15 per person per month billed yearly, €19 month to month, up to ten people, with every integration we have and 14 day money back. Above ten people we price it with you.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes. Free is open now, so one person can put an agent on a real job without paying us anything. Team comes with 14 day money back: start, put real work through it, and if it is not for you, write to us inside those 14 days and we return the money.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it is open today. One person working on their own, unlimited workspaces, 20 credits a month, and after that you pay only for the credits you use. The moment a second person joins, it becomes Team.
How do credits work?
One credit is one task. The price per person covers the people, credits cover the work the agents do. They start at €0.10 each and drop to €0.04 as you buy more. You buy them on top, in any amount.
What happens when we run out of credits?
The agents stop and we tell you. Nothing runs behind your back and nothing is billed without you buying it. Top up and they pick up where they left off.
Why is the price per person so low?
Because people are not what we meter, credits are. €15 a person is small on purpose, so nobody gets left out of the workspace to save money. We do not earn more by making a team bigger, we earn when the agents actually do the work.
Is there a discount?
Yes. Yearly billing puts it at €15 per person per month instead of €19, so €48 a year saved for every person on the team. Credits stay the same rate on either cycle, and they get cheaper the more of them you buy.
How do we pay?
You write to us and we set the workspace up with you, billing included. If your finance team needs an invoice rather than a card, put that in the first message.
Can we change plans or stop?
Month to month, up or down. Add or remove people whenever you like and the price follows the headcount. You can stop when you like, and you are never in a contract you cannot leave.
Do we have to connect our email?
No. You connect only the tools you want the agents to work in, and you can disconnect them again. The more of the work they can see, the more of it they can take over.
What counts as a team, and what if we are bigger?
One company, two to ten people, as many workspaces as you like. Above ten, write to us and we price it with you. That is Enterprise.
Can we pay per year instead of per month?
Yes, and it is the cheaper of the two. Yearly is €15 per person per month. Month to month is €19. Credits cost the same on either cycle.
Where does our data live?
On servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit. Team keeps an audit trail of what the agents did. We read every message, and we never sell your data.
