An email you once wrote, a file, or a few sentences on how you do it. Alive writes it down in your own tools and does it itself from then on. ### What if Alive gets it wrong? With mail, nothing goes out: Alive has no send button, so every draft waits in your own mailbox until you press send. A calendar event waits for your click, and deleting files in Google Drive is not something it can do. What it changes in your own project, you take back to an earlier version. Per tool, ali.ve/security says what Alive does by itself and what waits for you. ### Do I have to explain it again every time? No. An agent remembers what you explain once. It writes it down in your own tools, so month four goes better than week one. ### Do we have to move anything? No. Nothing to import, nothing to migrate. The agents work in the tools your team already uses, like Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Stripe and Linear. ### What happens to our data? Your data is stored in the EU. The work itself is done by Anthropic's Claude models: what an agent needs for a task is sent to Anthropic for that. Under its terms Anthropic may not train on it, we never train on your data, and we never sell it. Every run of every agent can be read back, as a short summary or as the full log, with what it cost. ### Who is behind Alive? We read every message. ### How do we start? Put your first job in the box at the top and leave your email address. We email you and set it up with you. ### Do we have to connect our email? Only if you want to. You choose which tools to connect, and per tool you switch single parts off, refunds in Stripe for example. You can disconnect at any time. The more of the work the agents see, the more they can take over. ### Are you certified, with SOC 2 or ISO 27001? No. Alive holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar certification. What does hold today: your data is stored in the EU, we never train on it, and Alive cannot send mail. To start carefully, connect one tool, or let Alive work in Plan mode first: it only reads and comes back with a plan. And ask us anything before you connect a single tool. ### What if our tool is not on the list? Put it in the box at the top anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can connect it. ### Can we leave again? Yes. Most of what Alive makes lives in your own tools from the start: drafts in your mailbox, files in your Drive, issues in Linear, code in your own GitHub. The code of a project also downloads as a zip.
